All the cars shown in this web are from a private collection and are now on sale after decades out of the market. It's a unique opportunity to adquire these real jewels.
As part of a private collection all have been treated and conserved carefully to keep their classic feeling. All are ready to use
Transportation
All of the prices shown for our cars are for direct collection from our facilities located near Cáceres (Spain). In any case, we collaborate with different companies of transport vehicles so that, if desired, will be happy to arrange delivery at the point of destination that you want to.We can also arrange the processing of the transfer of ownership of the vehicle in your name.And if you want some additional service, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to find you the most interesting solution so you can enjoy your new car without having to worry about the details
Terms/conditions
The information provided is done with purely indicative nature not constituting any contractual relationship or commitment by the seller. Cars and documentation are exposed for the free review by potential buyers. Will be its conclusions and assessment the only elements on which should take the purchase decision.
All the vehicles are registered in Spain. With each surrender the registration certificate and the technical card. Most of them only need to update the technical card. Will be responsibility of the buyer to check if such documentation is enough or not for the destination he wishes to give to the vehicle and, if appropriate, manage any other permision or license required.
Given the particularity of the items for sale, once perfected the agreement and payment of it there is not any possibility to request retrocession or nullity of the agreement. Also there is not any option to request a refund of the amount against the return of the vehicle either that was the reason. For the same reason there is not any period of warranty on vehicles acquired. From the moment of the payment, buyer has 30 days to take charge of the vehicle and remove it from our facilities.
Reflected prices do not include any kind of formalities relating to the sale such as the transmission of ownership or the payment of the transfer tax. Both correspond to the buyer who may choose to make them as he sees best.
For each operation shall be signed a contract to cover it. Contract can be signed at the time of the sale or it can also be done in two steps, with a previous booking, giving a signal equivalent to 30 of the total amount. The reservation is valid for 10 days to complete payment and operation The entire operation is subject to the Spanish legislation and Courts. The buyer accepts that the operation is subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Madrid (Spain)
